You seem to have overlooked one thing (in actual fact, far more than one thing, but I'll concentrate on one thing), the fact that Béziers is a bullfighting town, that here, animals are stabbed repeatedly, first by the lance of the picador, then with the banderillas, the animal becoming weaker with each stabbing, losing blood with each stabbing, until the weakened animal oozing blood from every wound has to face the sword of the matador - which far more often than not fails to kill the animal outright. The animals, the bulls, of course, are seen time after time with the matador's sword embedded in their backs, until receiving one more blow, or multiple blows, with a further weapon. The animal dies slowly. This is a spectacle unworthy of a civilized country, a shame not just for Béziers, the South of France, France as a whole - and, of course, for Spain - but, it could be said, for European civilization. People of Béziers, people who visit Béziers - the people who attend bullfights and support bullfights, that is - have you no shame? Europe has so many other places to live, so many other places to visit. There are so many interests and activities not involving horrific cruelty - opera, reading, football, climbing, gardening and obviously many, many more. Nobody is compelled to attend bullfights. Leave bullfights to people with severely limited horizons. Leave this dismal town to people with severely limited horizons. This is a sun-drenched town which will certainly satisfy the needs of bloodthirsty visitors but not of humane people. Visitors - consider the attractions of Italy, which has the sun and the heat without the animal cruelty. Why anyone would want to move to such a place as Béziers is beyond my comprehension.

I'll answer some of the replies (5 so far) to one of my comments below in a new comment. In one of the replies, it's claimed that 'If you follow the channel you'll know that he's distanced himself from antisemitic views and staunchly defends Israel.' To the anonymous writer of that claim: are you quite sure about that? He doesn't seem to have succeeded in distancing himself
I contacted Simon Webb recently. I mentioned the fact that whenever I've watched You Tube videos, I've never posted a comment (except for a few comments I've posted in a field remote from his interests.) I think I can easily justify making this further exception. I'm an opponent of 'political correctness' in all its ridiculous, multifarious forms but it's not only 'woke' people who can be ridiculous. Simon Webb is an amiable purveyor of good sense sometimes mixed with dubious, ridiculous and false claims. Simon Webb is someone who has allowed deeply disturbing claims to go unchecked, without the least attempt to comment on them. I see Simon Webb as a liability, not an asset, in putting the case against 'political correctness,' despite the interesting and informative content he does offer. Simon Webb is essentially superficial. He can't possibly do justice to the issues in the time he allows himself. Of course, I can't possibly do justice to 'the case against Simon Webb' in the space available in this comment - or in multiple comments. After these preliminaries here, I'll give some specific criticisms in another comment or two. Simon Webb is short on specifics - not when it comes to criticism of 'woke' views, but when it comes to his own 'faith,' his own 'beliefs,' such as his Christian beliefs. His easy going manner allows him to get away with all kinds of evasions, for his many credulous or semi-credulous admirers. In this video, he makes no attempt to clarify 'homogeneous.' Is a 'Christian society' homogeneous? Or is that not homogenous enough? He mentions 'Arabs and Jews murdering each other' but what of Protestants and Catholics murdering each other? Christian 'civilization' was never homogeneous to the extent that it gave a common purpose without extreme conflicts. Does his historical understanding extend to the European Wars of Religion, such as the Thirty Years War (1618-1648) which devastated Germany and led to the death of perhaps a third of its population, with a mortality rate much greater than that of the First World War? He's happy to put up a superficially convincing view, sometimes with the aid of elementary cosmology and particle physics - which may impress people who are perhaps easily impressed - but getting him to put on record his view of Christianity would probably take him well beyond his comfort zone. I can't claim that I'll succeed in this - he's a free agent, of course - but if he would like to have a deserved reputation as an honest thinker and commenter perhaps he could consider the advantages of giving a more detailed record of his beliefs and faith. He's declared his belief in 'The Lord' but not his belief in a wide range (or even a few) specific Christian doctrines. Is he prepared to give answers to some objections to specific Christian doctrines? His many admirers would benefit from an honest explanation of where he stands. He'll know all about Martin Luther, of course, or perhaps not. Luther said, 'Here I stand. I can do no other.' But Luther never bothered about defending his views, with arguments and wide-ranging evidence.
You've left out one one prime example of the effect that people and foreign influences can have on a homogenous society - Christianity! Pagan Britain was a relatively homogeneous society, no more than that, but after the waves of missionaries reached these shores, Britain was exposed to a wide range of foreign influences which made it far less homogeneous. You mention 'speaking different languages' as a factor which reduces homogeneity (a bad thing, you think.) You also mention Jews as one of the groups which reduce the diversity of the country. You obviously think that's bad as well. The missionaries claimed that Jesus, an Aramaic-speaking Jew, was the son of god. The 'good news' of the gospel (which turned out to be very bad news for all the victims of Christian persecution) wasn't written in Anglo-Saxon or English, of course, but in Greek. The Old Testament which in some passage supposedly prophesied the coming of the Messiah was written in Hebrew. The names of the majority of British Churches are named after non-British people, to give just one example, St Augustine - the North African Augustine, that is. (He taught that unbaptized babies go to Hell) Later, with the development and intellectualizing of Christianity, there were many more foreign influences. St Thomas Aquinas revered the pagan Greek philosopher Aristotle. In his Summa Theologiae, written in Latin, not English, St Thomas Aquinas wrote, 'With regard to heretics two points must be observed: one, on their own side; the other, on the side of the Church. On their own side there is the sin, whereby they deserve not only to be separated from the Church by excommunication, but also to be severed from the world by death. For it is a much graver matter to corrupt the faith which quickens the soul, than to forge money, which supports temporal life. Wherefore if forgers of money and other evil-doers are forthwith condemned to death by the secular authority, much more reason is there for heretics, as soon as they are convicted of heresy, to be not only excommunicated but even put to death.'

To expose the pretensions or falseness of, esp. by ridicule
Franz Boas
Boas also introduced the idea of cultural relativism, which holds that cultures cannot be objectively ranked as higher or lower, or better or more correct, but that all humans see the world through the lens of their own culture, and judge it according to their own culturally acquired norms. For Boas, the object of anthropology was to understand the way in which culture conditioned people to understand and interact with the world in different ways and to do this it was necessary to gain an understanding of the language and cultural practices of the people studied.
Although his grandparents were observant Jews, his parents embraced Enlightenment values, including their assimilation into modern German society. Boas's parents were educated, well-to-do, and liberal; they did not like dogma of any kind. An important early influence was the avuncular Abraham Jacobi, his mother's brother-in-law and a friend of Karl Marx, and who was to advise him through Boas's career. Due to this, Boas was granted the independence to think for himself and pursue his own interests. Early in life, he displayed a penchant for both nature and natural sciences. Boas vocally opposed antisemitism and refused to convert to Christianity, but he did not identify himself as a Jew.
Ruth Benedict
The Culture of Critique series is a trilogy of books by Kevin B. MacDonald, an antisemitic conspiracy theorist, white supremacist and a retired professor of evolutionary psychology. MacDonald claims that evolutionary psychology provides the motivations behind Jewish group behavior and culture. Through the series, MacDonald asserts that Jews as a group have biologically evolved to be highly ethnocentric and hostile to the interests of white people. He asserts Jewish behavior and culture are central causes of antisemitism, and promotes conspiracy theories about alleged Jewish control and influence in government policy and political movements.
The overwhelming majority of academic and journalistic reviews of MacDonald's work have dismissed it as pseudoscience grounded in conspiracy theories, and replete with misrepresentations and cherry-picking of sources. The work is regarded as having been motivated by MacDonald's antisemitic bias, rather than being an honest product of academic research
'Jews behind race-mixing in America' katana 17
The purpose of this article is to prove, through documented evidence that Jews in America are the prime movers and guiding force behind the massive attempt to mongrelize the White Christian people with the Black Race. Of course everyone realizes that there are many gullible and brainwashed Gentiles working towards this same end. But the movement to mix the races in American is most definitely sparked and financed by organized Jewry in every city of any size in America containing a formal Jewish community.
ohn Friend talks with Monika Schaefer on a proposed law by ZOG Canada that would make “Holocaust” denial a criminal offence. Making it a crime to expose a diabolical lie.
The only reason such a law is being pushed, nearly 80 years after WWII is that Orgjew fears their hoax of the 20th century – the “Holocaust” of six million jews being mass murdered – will be exposed to more and more thinking people, which in turn will cause exposure to their actual White genocide agenda now in progress.

About the Volkswagen Caddy Maxi. Some comments on important issues:
(1) I'm completely willing for you to obtain and fit a reconditioned gearbox for
the van.
(2) We agreed that you would reconsider obtaining and fitting a reconditioned
clutch for the van.
(3) My reason for querying the need to obtain and fit a clutch was this - I
hadn't been given any information about the fault (or faults) which necessitated
replacement rather than repair of the clutch.
(4) As you'd already removed and been able to examine the clutch I do think it
would have been reasonable for you to get back to me to report on the issue of
replacement / repair by now. As it is, I don't see the need for this delay. I
haven't made a fuss about previous delays - I've already made clear that I
understand fully all the other demands on your time - but getting back to me
sooner wouldn't have made great demands on your time at all, since, as I've
written, you'd already examined the clutch.
(5) In the case of the gearbox, I did receive specific information, the hole in
the bell housing, but I made clear on the phone that I found this fault very
problematic and I would have welcomed a little more information. I mentioned one
possible cause of a hole in a bell housing, as I understand it, main shaft
vibration, but went on to say that there was no evidence of vibration. You
mentioned also the fact that there had been loss of most of the gearbox oil. I
mentioned the fact that I found no trace of oil spillage on the road where I
park the van, outside my house, and I also mentioned the fact that 1st and 2nd
gear and reverse gear could be selected easily before and just before I left the
van with you. The re were none of the sounds I associate with loss of lubricant.
But despite these puzzling features, to repeat what I've written, I recognize
that almost certainly, the gearbox should be replaced with a reconditioned unit
rather than repaired.
(6) I very much hope you will phone me with information you have about the
clutch - slightly more specific information than simply the fact that the clutch
isn't repairable and that it does need to be replaced, in your considered
opinion.
(7) Whatever your verdict on the clutch, I won't ask you to reconsider yet again
and phone me again. I'll be able to give you my own decision almost immediately
as to whether I would like you to obtain and fit a clutch in addition to
obtaining and fitting a replacement gearbox.
(8) I hope that from now on, every attempt can be made to carry out the
necessary work on my van with the minimum of delay.
(9) I can claim, I'm sure, that throughout, I've been courteous in my approach
to this matter. You yourself have certainly been courteous at all times, even
though I have many misgivings about the time scale of the repair job and the
time it has taken to reach this point. A further period of waiting is obviously
inevitable, since you have to order a reconditioned gearbox (as well as a
clutch, if I think that that's necessary) before you can carry out fitting.
(10) When I speak to you by phone, I'd be grateful if you could tell me if you
issue a guarantee for the work done - for a year or some months? I did see
mention of a guarantee on one of the pages of your Website but as I remember,
the page dates from some years ago.
(11) Whatever happens from now on in this case, I won't be giving Sheffield
Gearboxes any adverse publicity on one of the various review sites available on
the Internet. My policy is not to criticize businesses in this way, not to make
use of them at all.
(12) Sheffield Gearboxes is a partner of the massive transmissions company ZF,
of course. Prominent on one page of the main ZF Website is the claim that the
aim of partners is to 'minimize downtime.' I don't think that in this particular
instance, the downtime of my own van has been minimized and I very much hope
that I will have the use of my van again as soon as practicable. For one thing,
I intended to drive to Ulm in
Baden-Württemberg, Germany, in the middle of June (not for a holiday.) Now, it
looks like the visit will have to be delayed, by how much I don't know as yet.
As it happens, the headquarters of ZF are also in Baden-Württemberg, at
Friedrichshafen.
When I next have the opportunity to speak with you again, which I hope will be soon, I won't engage in recriminations or criticism. My overriding aim is simply to get whatever repairs are necessary carried out without any undue delay. Consumer law does allow me to make use of the course of action called 'payment under protest.' The customer then pays the full amount for the work carried out but makes clear that there are reservations. The words 'payment under protest' are written on the paper documents after completion of the job and the customer can then carry out action which is thought necessary, justifiable. I could, for example, request that the clutch removed from my vehicle is made available to me so that I could get a second opinion on its state and the faults which you consider justified replacement rather than repair. I'd want to avoid this course of action. I would only make use of it if I felt I had no alternative. I'm not a complainer. I've made it clear that I fully recognize the demands on businesses and that I fully recognize the impressive skills of yourself, the skills available to Sheffield Gearboxes.
Best Wishes,
Paul Hurt

“A divided US Supreme Court blocked a Texas law that critics say would fundamentally transform Twitter Inc. and Meta Platforms Inc.’s Facebook by requiring them to allow hate speech and extremism. Over four dissents, the justices on Tuesday put the measure on hold while a constitutional challenge goes forward in a lower court, granting a request from tech groups that represent the platforms. A federal appeals court let the law, known as HB20, go into effect earlier this month. The tech groups, which also represent Alphabet Inc.’s Google, said the measure would unconstitutionally bar platforms from removing neo-Nazi and Ku Klux Klan screeds or Russian propaganda about its invasion of Ukraine. The Supreme Court order “means that private American companies will have an opportunity to be heard in court before they are forced to disseminate vile, abusive or extremist content under this Texas law,” said Matt Schruers, president of the Computer & Communications Industry Association, one of the groups pressing the case. The court, as is its custom with emergency requests, gave no explanation. An unusual collection of justices dissented: liberal Elena Kagan and conservatives Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch. The Texas law bars social media platforms with more than 50 million users from discriminating on the basis of viewpoint.”

5th – 8th May 2023
I want to invite you to a very special, unique, exclusive five star resort on the coast of Southern Spain. This amazing five star resort has its own beach, four swimming pools (one indoor and three outdoor pools), a restaurant (with both indoor seating and outdoor seating), a snack bar, a beauty spa, a sauna, a steam room and plunge pools and a well-equipped fitness centre. The beautiful five star accommodation is in spacious, luxury apartments with private balconies and many have garden views and partial sea views. In each apartment you have either three or two bedrooms, with two bathrooms (bath and shower), a lounge, dining room and a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The accommodation is to the highest standard. Each apartment has a luxurious master bedroom with a huge bath and a separate double shower. In some of the three bedroom apartments the second bedroom has a private balcony. I know you are going to love this place.
This will be a Spiritual Health Weekend like no other. It will be a place to rest, relax and enjoy the sun and the wonderful surroundings ... We will have sessions with intimate worship and inspiring teaching. You will have individual prayer and prophecy slots with Nancy and her team. You will receive individual words from God and feel completely restored, blessed and encouraged inside and out. You will enjoy a free pamper treatment from one of my team(Covid-19 rules permitting).
We also experienced so much physical healing. One lady who could not raise her hands above her head, or uncurl her fingers not only did both of those things but also stood from a wheelchair and walked across the room and stood for 15 minutes. God enabled her to do all these things and when I announced it from the platform, she raised her hands to show the rest of the audience what God had done. Another lady who had Rheumatoid Arthritis and couldn’t move her stiff and bent fingers was healed. After prayer it was as though she could play the piano – she was moving them all in the air to show everyone what God had done.
Welcome to my place on the internet where I can share my thoughts and ideas, and let you know what God's been saying to me recently.

I believe it is important to plant our faith at a time where there seems to be no hope. Perhaps the doctors have been telling you there is no hope? Or perhaps it’s your bank account that is shouting to you that there is no hope? Or maybe you are longing for your family to be saved and/or healed, but there seems no hope.

six arm Kniffin system
Prune last year's fruiting canes to 2 buds (renewal spurs). Select 4 new arms and cut them back to a max of 10 buds each and secure to wires.
The fruit is borne on shoots rising from one-year-old wood.
The most productive canes are about pencil thickness (0.25-inch to 0.30-inch) and have an internodal length of five to eight inches between the fifth and sixth nodes or buds.
The most productive buds are in the mid-portion of the cane; therefore, it is best to leave canes of 8 to 16 buds in length. Thin canes should carry fewer buds than thicker canes.
To keep the fruiting wood close to the main trunk, leave one or two renewal spurs on or near each arm. (Cut back to short spurs leaving one to four buds).
Prune the vine so you will maintain a balance between vegetative growth and fruit production. Where a vine is under pruned, (too many buds left) the vine will produce many small clusters of small grapes that may fail to ripen properly. If the vine is over pruned, (too few buds left) the yield will be low and the vegetative growth excessive. To "balance prune" a vine, the number of buds left is adjusted according to the amount of one-year-old wood removed in pruning.

The tragedy in Uvalde’s elementary school was the deadliest school shooting in Texas history and it added to a grim tally in the state, which has been the site of some of the deadliest shootings in the US over the past five years.
In 2018, a gunman fatally shot 10 people at Santa Fe High School in the Houston area.
A year before that, a gunman at a Texas church killed more than two dozen people during a Sunday service in the small town of Sutherland Springs.
In 2019, another gunman at a Walmart in El Paso killed 23 people in a racist attack.

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) took full control of Palmyra by May 21, 2015.[10] In early July it released a graphic video showing 25 teenage members lining up 25 adult male captives dressed in dark fatigues, kneeling in front of them on the Palmyra theater's stage area. The ISIS members then executed all 25 captives simultaneously by shooting them in the head.[11] According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights the executions took place on May 27.[12] Mamoun Abdulkarim, Director of the Syrian government agency of antiquities and museums stated: "Using the Roman theatre to execute people proves that these people are against humanity."[13]
Following the recapture of Palmyra by the Syrian Army with Russian air support in March 2016, drone footage showed that the theatre remained largely intact.[15]
On 5 May 2016, the 100th anniversary of Syria's Martyrs' Day, the theatre played host to two classical music concerts in remembrance of the victims of the civil war, including those executed at the site, and to celebrate its liberation.[citation needed] The first, a 20-minute-long concert of European and Russian classical music, was played by the Mariinsky Theatre orchestra of St. Petersburg, conducted by Valery Gergiev, with soloist Sergei Roldugin.[16] It was dedicated to Alexander Prokhorenko, a Russian special forces soldier who had sacrificed his life near Palmyra while directing air strikes against Islamic State.[17] Russian president Vladimir Putin addressed the concert by video link, praising the participants. The Economist wrote that Putin "did everything he could to underline the concert’s message that Russia is leading the fight for Western civilisation."[18] The second concert, during the evening, was by a Syrian orchestra and choir. The audience included Syrian and Russian military, as well as UNESCO officials, religious leaders, journalists, and locals.[19]
US State Department Deputy Spokesperson Mark Toner said of the event "I will never denounce an orchestra playing to the citizens of a beleaguered city. [...] it’s fine. It’s good."[20] The British foreign secretary Philip Hammond called it a "tasteless attempt to distract attention from the continued suffering of millions of Syrians"[21] referring to an alleged Russian airstrike on a refugee camp in northern Syria, which killed at least 28 civilians.[22]
ISIL took control of Palmyra once again in December 2016. Shortly after that, they completely destroyed the facade of the theater according to Mamoun Abdulkarim, Director of the Syrian government agency of antiquities and museums.[23] Syrian authorities reported that satellite images showed signs of intentional destruction.[24] Mikhail Piotrovsky, a scholar of the Arabic and the director of the Hermitage Museum, argued that it was an act of reprisal. In May 2016, ISIL radio had promised to stage a new "concert", in response to the classical concert staged by Russia.[25] Drone footage shot by the Russian Ministry of Defense showed that the theater was partially destroyed. The proscenium, the central part of the stage, suffered severe damage. UNESCO head Irina Bokova characterized the destruction as a "war crime."[26] Palmyra was retaken by Syrian government forces in early March 2017.[27]

Elsheikh was a “senior leader who took particular pleasure in mistreating the hostages he held captive.” Based on testimonies of hostage survivors, it was revealed that Elsheikh took pleasure in brutally abusing those he held captive. Additionally, Didier Francois—a French journalist held prisoner by The Beatles for 10 months—told CNN in 2015 that The Beatles would regularly stage fake executions. In its announcement that it had designated Elsheikh, the U.S. Department of State stated that he had “a reputation for waterboarding, mock executions, and crucifixions while serving as an ISIS jailer.”

Lady Justice originates from the personification of Justice in Ancient Roman art known as Iustitia or Justitia,[3] who is equivalent to the Greek goddess Dike.
the Scales of Justice signify that in order for justice to be had the weight of the evidence for and against an issue should be weighed and considered before issuing a ruling. The Scales of Justice go directly to the heart of law and the duty to consider both sides presented.
Justitia in arms of Ilshofen in Baden-Württemberg
Lady Justice is most often depicted with a set of scales typically suspended from one hand, upon which she measures the strengths of a case's support and opposition.
The Greek goddess Dike is depicted holding a set of scales.
Bacchylides, Fragment 5 (trans. Campbell, Vol. Greek Lyric IV) (Greek lyric c. 5th B.C.):
The scales represent the weighing of evidence, and the scales lack a foundation in order to signify that evidence should stand on its own.
Since the 16th century, Lady Justice has often been depicted wearing a blindfold. The blindfold was originally a satirical addition intended to show justice as blind to the injustice carried on before her,[5] but it has been reinterpreted over time and is now understood to represent impartiality, the ideal that justice should be applied without regard to wealth, power, or other status. The earliest Roman coins depicted Justitia with the sword in one hand and the scale in the other, but with her eyes uncovered.[6] Justitia was only commonly represented as "blind" since the middle of the 16th century. The first known representation of blind Justice is Hans Gieng's 1543 statue on the Gerechtigkeitsbrunnen (Fountain of Justice) in Bern.[7]
Instead of using the Janus approach, many sculptures simply leave out the blindfold altogether. For example, atop the Old Bailey courthouse in London, a statue of Lady Justice stands without a blindfold;[8] the courthouse brochures explain that this is because Lady Justice was originally not blindfolded, and because her "maidenly form" is supposed to guarantee her impartiality which renders the blindfold redundant.[9] Another variation is to depict a blindfolded Lady Justice as a human scale, weighing competing claims in each hand. An example of this can be seen at the Shelby County Courthouse in Memphis, Tennessee.[10]

“She is unwilling and incapable of challenging the culture of institutional defensiveness and impunity that has pervaded firearms policing for decades.”

A Christian politician in Finland has been acquitted of “hate speech” for sharing the Bible’s teaching on homosexuality.
Helsinki District Court dismissed all charges against former Government minister Dr Päivi Räsänen, stating that it could find no justification to censor her exercise of free speech.
Dr Räsänen was charged with three ‘hate crimes’ for expressing her biblically-based views on sexual ethics: in a 2019 Tweet, during a 2019 radio debate, and via a 2004 pamphlet. Her case was supported by ADF International.
In 2019, Dr Räsänen shared a picture of her Bible open at Romans 1:24-27 in response to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Finland’s decision to sponsor a local LGBT pride event.
She wrote: “How can the church’s doctrinal foundation, the Bible, be compatible with the lifting up of shame and sin as a subject of pride?”
It is crucial that ‘extremism’ is not allowed to be used by those who want to ban opinions they don’t like. You cannot protect democracy by undermining the foundations of democracy. Our historic liberties of freedom of speech and freedom of religion must not be jeopardised.

Supporting forces who had declined the offer of badged Bibles, a UNISON spokesperson said: "It is not the role of a Police Force either to provide official endorsement of any religion or foist religious views on its staff.
"Police forces exist to serve people of all religions and none. As employers they should be aware that their staff are drawn from people of all religious outlooks and none. We are pleased that the majority of Scotland's police forces take their role as employers and impartial servants of the public seriously enough to reject this offer. We hope that the remainder will do likewise."
of the eight forces asked, Strathclyde Police,Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary and the Central Scotland Police Force have so far turned down the offer of Bibles. Grampian Police confirmed it has accepted the offer.
“On the one hand, you can blame the Russians if we want. We can blame the people who are trying to make money off of the ads on fake news. But at the end of the day, I think that’s the wrong place to place blame. Blame has to be with the social media companies that are designed to promote this material, and they know they’re doing it. I don’t think YouTube wants to promote conspiracies, but the algorithms are designed to promote the sensational, to promote the outrageous and to promote the things that get you to click and to engage with content.”

Shoyemi was sentenced to four-and-a-half years’ behind bars on Thursday.
He was found guilty on November 30 of eight counts of inciting racial hatred after a trial at Southwark Crown Court.
Commander Richard Smith, head of the Met’s Counter Terrorism Command, said: “Our Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit – the first of its kind to be established anywhere in the world – was instrumental in identifying Shoyemi and his activity.
“Over the last ten years, the CTIRU has been at the forefront of getting harmful content removed from the internet, and detecting and investigating potential terrorist-related activity online.
“We continue to need the help and support of the public and I would encourage anyone who comes across material or posts that could be related to terrorism or violent extremist activity to report it to us, so that our specialist officers can take action where necessary.”

he legal process since has revealed that Crompton consulted Billings about the statement before he issued it, but Billings refused to look at it, saying he did not want any statement to be made at all.
Garnham described that approach as “surprising in the extreme” and “a serious error”, saying Billings should have worked collaboratively with Crompton on the response.
Crompton, who argued he conducted the police case at the inquests responsibly and responded to the verdicts reasonably, strongly criticised Billings after winning the judicial review.
“Dr Billings has spent a huge amount of public money trying to defend actions which he was advised in the strongest terms not to pursue by Her Majesty’s chief inspector of constabulary,” Crompton said. “This money would have been better spent on operational policing … The judgment, which is damning, speaks for itself.”
In a statement, Billings said he was disappointed with the decision and
would seek to appeal it, although he might look for an alternative to using
further South Yorkshire public money to do so.
The powers and functions of the South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner are derived from the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011, replacing those of the South Yorkshire Police Authority. The main functions are:[19]
Appoint the chief constable of South Yorkshire Police
Publish, and periodically refresh, a five-year police and crime plan that sets out policing priorities
Set the annual budget and precept (tax) level
Publish an annual report and accounts.
The work of the South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner is scrutinised by the South Yorkshire Police and Crime Panel, made up of elected councillors from the four local authorities in South Yorkshire.[20]
Lady Justice Sharp and Mr Justice Garnham, sitting in London, ruled in
Crompton’s favour on Friday.
Billings’s decision to sack Crompton was not based on the case South Yorkshire
police presented at the inquests, but on a press statement issued the following
day, 27 April 2016.
Garnham said the decision was irrational and “wholly disproportionate”.
In the judgment, Billings’s conduct at the time – refusing to consider and advise on the press statement when Crompton consulted him about it following criticism of the police’s case by bereaved families and politicians – was described as “surprising in the extreme”, “a serious error” and “wholly unreasonable”.
Billings was also found to have acted irrationally and unreasonably in failing to take account of an opinion last June from the HM chief inspector of constabulary, Sir Tom Winsor, who said the sacking of Crompton was “conspicuously unfair, disproportionate and so unreasonable that I cannot understand how the PCC has reached this view”.
Members of the public will join South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Dr Alan Billings, officers and police support staff at the Rock Christian Centre in Carlisle Street for a reading by Sergeant Simon Kirkham of Rotherham local policing team.
Dr Billings, who is a Reverend Canon with the Anglican Church, will speak and the Rock Christian Centre worship band will provide musical entertainment.
Guido Ngandu, who is the new branch leader for the CPA in South Yorkshire said: 'We're looking forward to the event and the return of the CPA to the force. Whatever our personal views about membership we believe that we must accept the authority under which we placed ourselves and that schism and division amongst Christian men is certainly not the Lord’s will. If at some point in the future the worldwide ministry chooses to change its foundational values then we will accept that and in the meantime the Gideon Ministry in the UK continues.

22 OCTOBER 2021
The public is 'fed up' with seeing 'virtue-signalling police officers' who make their personal views known, the new head of England's second largest force has said.
Stephen Watson, the new chief constable of Greater Manchester Police (GMP), believes the public would rather see forces catching burglars than engaging in 'woke' policing.
Mr Watson said that officers who overtly support campaign groups - by taking the knee, wearing their pins, badges or rainbow shoelaces - threaten their ability to do the job impartiality.
GMP which is effectively in 'special measures' after a damning watchdog report revealed the force had failed to properly record 80,000 crimes.
Mr Watson told the newspaper: 'Impartiality is in danger of being upset in our urge and desire to demonstrate that we would like to make common cause from time to time with people whose agenda is very difficult to disagree with.
'I do not think that things like taking the knee, demonstrating that you have a commonality of view with the protesters that you're policing is compatible with the standards of service that people require of their police.
'Officers could put themselves in a difficult place because if you demonstrate you're not impartial, and you then have to make an arrest, how on earth do you assist the courts to come to just judgement as to you having executed your powers of arrest in an appropriately impartial professional manner?'
'The public are getting a little bit fed up of virtue-signalling police officers when they'd really rather we just locked up burglars.'
He says he hopes improve to confidence by sending officers to every burglary and investigating every crime.

The Choice
Imagine I offered you a choice of four gifts:
The original Mona Lisa
The keys to a brand-new Lamborghini
A million pounds in cash
A parachute
You can pick only one. Which would you choose? Before you decide, here’s some information that will help you to make the wisest choice: You have to jump 10,000 feet out of an airplane.
“All of humanity stands on the edge of eternity. We are all going to die. We
will all have to pass through the door of death. It could happen to us in twenty
years, or in six months… or today.”
Does that help you to connect the dots? It should, because you need the
parachute. It’s the only one of the four gifts that will help with your dilemma.
The others may have some value, but they are useless when it comes to facing the
law of gravity in a 10,000-foot fall. The knowledge that you will have to jump
should produce a healthy fear in you and that kind of fear is good because it
can save your life. Remember that.
Now think of the four major religions:
Hinduism
Buddhism
Islam
Christianity
Which one should you choose? Before you decide, here’s some information that will help you determine which one is the wisest choice: All of humanity stands on the edge of eternity. We are all going to die. We will all have to pass through the door of death. It could happen to us in twenty years, or in six months… or today. For most of humanity, death is a huge and terrifying plummet into the unknown. So what should we do?
Do you remember how it was your knowledge of the jump that produced that healthy fear, and that fear helped you to make the right choice? You know what the law of gravity can do to you. In the same way, we are going to look at another law, and hopefully your knowledge of what it can do to you will help you make the right choice, about life’s greatest issue. So, stay with me and remember to let fear work for you.
The Leap
After we die we have to face what is called “the law of sin and death.” We know that Law as “The Ten Commandments.”
So let’s look at that Law and see how you will do when you face it on Judgment Day. Have you loved God above all else? Is He first in your life? He should be. He’s given you your life and everything that is dear to you. Do you love Him with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength? That’s the requirement of the First Commandment. Or have you broken the Second Commandment by making a god in your mind that you’re comfortable with—where you say, “My god is a loving and merciful god who would never send anyone to Hell”? That god does not exist; he’s a figment of the imagination. To create a god in your mind (your own image of God) is something the Bible calls “idolatry.” Idolaters will not enter Heaven.
Have you ever used God’s name in vain, as a cuss word to express disgust? That’s called “blasphemy,” and it’s very serious in God’s sight. This is breaking the Third Commandment, and the Bible says God will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
Have you always honored your parents implicitly, and kept the Sabbath holy? If not, you have broken the Fourth and Fifth Commandments. Have you ever hated someone? The Bible says, “Whosoever hates his brother is a murderer.”
The Seventh is “You shall not commit adultery,” but Jesus said, “Whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart” (the Seventh Commandment includes sex before marriage). Have you ever looked with lust or had sex outside of marriage? If you have, you’ve violated that Commandment.
Have you ever lied? Ever stolen anything, regardless of value? If you have, then you’re a lying thief. The Bible tells us, “Lying lips are abomination to the Lord,” because He is a God of truth and holiness. Have you coveted (jealously desired) other people’s things? This is a violation of the Tenth Commandment.
Little Jessica
So that is God’s moral Law that we each will face. We will be without excuse when we stand before God because He gave us our conscience to know right from wrong. Each time we lie, steal, commit adultery, murder, and so on, we know that it’s wrong. So here is the crucial question. On Judgment Day, when God judges you, will you be found innocent or guilty of breaking this Law? Think before you answer. Will you go to Heaven or Hell? The Bible warns that all murderers, idolaters, liars, thieves, fornicators, and adulterers will end up in Hell. So where does that leave you?
Perhaps the thought of going to Hell doesn’t scare you, because you don’t believe in it. That’s like standing in the open door of a plane 10,000 feet off the ground and saying, “I don’t believe there will be any consequences if I jump without a parachute.”
To say that there will be no consequences for breaking God’s Law is to say that God is unjust, that He is evil. This is why.
On February 24, 2005, a nine-year-old girl was reported missing from her home in Homosassa, Florida. Three weeks later, police discovered that she had been kidnapped, brutally raped, and then buried alive. Little Jessica Lunsford was found tied up, in a kneeling position, clutching a stuffed toy.
How Do You React?
How do you feel toward the man who murdered that helpless little girl in such an unspeakably cruel way? Are you angered? I hope so. I hope you are outraged. If you were completely indifferent to her fate, it would reveal something horrible about your character.
“The fury of Almighty God against evil is evidence of His goodness. If He wasn’t angered, He wouldn’t be good. We cannot separate God’s goodness from His anger. Again, if God is good by nature, He must be unspeakably angry at wickedness.”
Do you think that God is indifferent to such acts of evil? You can bet your precious soul He is not. He is outraged by them.
The fury of Almighty God against evil is evidence of His goodness. If He wasn’t angered, He wouldn’t be good. We cannot separate God’s goodness from His anger. Again, if God is good by nature, He must be unspeakably angry at wickedness.
But His goodness is so great that His anger isn’t confined to the evils of rape and murder. Nothing is hidden from His pure and holy eyes. He is outraged by torture, terrorism, abortion, theft, lying, adultery, fornication, pedophilia, homosexuality, and blasphemy. He also sees our thought-life, and He will judge us for the hidden sins of the heart: for lust, hatred, rebellion, greed, unclean imaginations, ingratitude, selfishness, jealousy, pride, envy, deceit, etc. Jesus warned, “But I say to you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment”6 (emphasis added).
The Bible says that God’s wrath “abides” on each of us, and that every time we sin, we’re “storing up wrath” that will be revealed on Judgment Day. We are even told that we are “by nature the children of wrath” (emphasis added). Sinning against God comes naturally to us—and we naturally earn His anger by our sins.
Instant Death
Many people believe that because God is good, He will forgive everyone, and let all sinners into Heaven. But they misunderstand His goodness. When Moses once asked to see God’s glory, God told him that he couldn’t see Him and live. Moses would instantly die if he looked upon God. Consider this:
[God] said, I will make all my goodness pass before you… And it shall come to pass, while my glory passes by, that I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and will cover you with my hand while I pass by.
Notice that all of God’s glory was displayed in His “goodness.” The goodness of God would have killed Moses instantly because of his personal sinfulness. The fire of God’s goodness would have consumed him, like a cup of water dropped onto the surface of the sun. The only way any of us can stand in the presence of God is to be pure in heart. Jesus said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.” But as we’ve seen by looking at the Law, not a single one of us is “pure in heart.”
“The fear of God is the healthiest fear you can have. The Bible calls it ‘the beginning of wisdom.’”
These are extremely fearful thoughts, because the God we are speaking about is nothing like the commonly accepted image. He is not a benevolent Father figure, who is happily smiling upon sinful humanity.
In the midst of these frightening thoughts, remember to let fear work for you. The fear of God is the healthiest fear you can have. The Bible calls it “the beginning of wisdom.”
Again, your knowledge of God’s Law should help you to see that you have a life-threatening dilemma: a huge problem of God’s wrath (His justifiable anger) against your personal sins. The just penalty for sin—breaking even one Law—is death, and eternity in Hell. But you haven’t broken just one Law. Like the rest of us, you’ve no doubt broken all these laws, countless times each. What kind of anger do you think a judge is justified in having toward a criminal guilty of breaking the law thousands of times?
Let’s See
Let’s now look at those four major religions to see if they can help you with your predicament.
Hinduism
The religion of Hinduism says that if you’ve been bad, you may come back as a rat or some other animal. If you’ve been good, you might come back as a prince. But that’s like someone saying, “When you jump out of the plane, you’ll get sucked back in as another passenger. If you’ve been bad, you go down to the Economy Class; if you’ve been good, you go up to First Class.” It’s an interesting concept, but it doesn’t deal with your real problem of having sinned against God and the reality of Hell.
Buddhism
Amazingly, the religion of Buddhism denies that God even exists. It teaches that life and death are sort of an illusion. That’s like standing at the door of the plane and saying, “I’m not really here, and there’s no such thing as the law of gravity, and no ground that I’m going to hit.” That may temporarily help you deal with your fears, but it doesn’t square with reality. And it doesn’t deal with your real problem of having sinned against God and the reality of Hell.
Islam
Interestingly, Islam acknowledges the reality of sin and Hell, and the justice of God, but the hope it offers is that sinners can escape God’s justice if they do religious works. God will see these, and because of them, hopefully He will show mercy—but they won’t know for sure. Each person’s works will be weighed on the Day of Judgment and it will then be decided who is saved and who is not—based on whether they followed Islam, were sincere in repentance, and performed enough righteous deeds to outweigh their bad ones.
So Islam believes you can earn God’s mercy by your own efforts. That’s like jumping out of the plane, and believing that flapping your arms is going to counter the law of gravity and save you from a 10,000-foot drop.
And there’s something else to consider. The Law of God shows us that the best of us is nothing but a wicked criminal, standing guilty and condemned before the throne of a perfect and holy Judge. When that is understood, then our “righteous deeds” are actually seen as an attempt to bribe the Judge of the Universe. The Bible says that because of our guilt, anything we offer God for our justification (our acquittal from His courtroom) is an abomination to Him, and only adds to our crimes.
Islam, like the other religions, doesn’t solve your problem of having sinned against God and the reality of Hell.
Christianity
So why is Christianity different? Aren’t all religions the same? Let’s see. In Christianity, God Himself provided a “parachute” for us, and His Word says regarding the Savior, “Put on the Lord Jesus Christ.” Just as a parachute solved your dilemma with the law of gravity and its consequences, so the Savior perfectly solves your dilemma with the Law of God and its consequences! It is the missing puzzle piece that you need.
How did God solve our dilemma? He satisfied His wrath by becoming a human being and taking our punishment upon Himself. The Scriptures tell us that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself. Christianity provides the only parachute to save us from the consequences of the Law we have transgressed.
Back to the Plane
To illustrate this more clearly, let’s go back to that plane for a moment. You are standing on the edge of a 10,000-foot drop. You have to jump. Your heart is thumping in your chest. Why? Because of fear. You know that the law of gravity will kill you when you jump.
Someone offers you the original Mona Lisa. You push it aside.
“The Savior died an excruciating death on the cross, taking your punishment (the
death penalty) upon Himself. The demands of eternal justice were satisfied the
moment He cried, ‘It is finished!’”
Another person passes you the keys to a brand-new Lamborghini. You let them drop
to the floor.
Someone else tries to put a million pounds into your hands. You push the person’s hand away, and stand there in horror at your impending fate.
Suddenly, you hear a voice say, “Here’s a parachute!”
Which one of those four people is going to hold the most credibility in your eyes? It’s the one who held up the parachute! Again, it is your fear of the jump that turns you toward the good news of the parachute.
In the same way, knowledge of what God’s Law will do to you produces a fear that makes the news of a Savior unspeakably good news! It solves your predicament of God’s wrath. God loves you so much that He became a sinless human being in the person of Jesus of Nazareth. The Savior died an excruciating death on the cross, taking your punishment (the death penalty) upon Himself. The demands of eternal justice were satisfied the moment He cried, “It is finished!”
The lightning of God’s wrath was stopped and the thunder of His indignation was silenced at Calvary’s bloodied cross: “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us.”18 We broke the Law, but He became a man to pay our penalty in His life’s blood.
Then He rose from the dead, defeating death. That means that God can now forgive every sin you have ever committed and commute your death sentence. If you repent and place your trust in Jesus, you can say with the apostle Paul:
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
So you no longer need to be tormented by the fear of death, and you don’t need to look any further for ways to deal with the dilemma of sin and God’s wrath. The Savior is God’s gift to you. The gospel is unspeakably good news for the entire, sinful human race!
God Himself can “justify” you. He can cleanse you, and give you the “righteousness” of Christ. He can make you pure in heart by washing away your sins. He can shelter you from His fierce wrath, in the Rock of Ages that He has cleft for you.
Only Jesus can save you from death and Hell, something that you could never earn or deserve.
Do It Today
To receive the gift of eternal life, you must repent of your sins (turn from them), and put on the Lord Jesus Christ as you would put on a parachute—trusting in Him alone for your salvation. That means you forsake your own good works as a means of trying to please God (trying to bribe Him), and trust only in what Jesus has done for you. Simply throw yourself on the mercy of the Judge. The Bible says that He’s rich in mercy to all who call upon Him, so call upon Him right now. He will hear you if you approach Him with a humble and sorrowful heart.
Do it right now because you don’t know when you will take that leap through the door of death. Confess your sins to God, put your trust in Jesus to save you, and you will pass from death to life. You have God’s promise on it.
Pray something like this:
“Dear God, today I turn away from all of my sins [name them] and I put my trust in Jesus Christ alone as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me, change my heart, and grant me Your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.”
Now have faith in God. He is absolutely trustworthy. Never doubt His promises. He is not a man that He should lie.
The sincerity of your prayer will be evidenced by your obedience to God’s will, so read His Word (the Bible) daily and obey what you read.

2020: This month a report by HMICFRS on all 43 police forces states that the public has lost faith, having “rumbled” that the police are unable to investigate most crimes. The charging rate in the year to March 2019 fell to 7.8% of all reported crimes in England and Wales.

I don't state anywhere in any of my emails that I've already contacted the Independent Office for Police Conduct. I fully intend to make a complaint to the Independent Office for Police Conduct but I haven't submitted a complaint yet. Until I do, it may well be that you're at complete liberty to make any inquiries or take any action which you feel would be worthwhile. I've been very busy carrying out some necessary research, obtaining further evidence and doing everything I can to ensure that the submission to the Independent Office will convey the complaint, quite a wide-ranging one, as effectively as possible. By now, I hoped to have had the opportunity to discuss the matter with an officer of South Yorkshire Police - your Website gives the information that members of the public can call at the enquiry desk at Snig Hill Police Station and speak to a duty Sergeant or Inspector. About ten days ago, I called at Snig Hill police station but nobody was available at that time. Recently, I phoned the 101 number, giving reasons why I felt that consulting a duty Sergeant or Inspector before submitting the complaint would be very desirable. I'm informed that a member of South Yorkshire Police will be contacting me about the matter.
