Problematic Sheffield [1] will show images of the land I rent, withe emphasis on the land and design construction in the summer and autumn of 2025. This is the land which the Allotments Office informed me in 2024 would be taken away from me, the land in the neighbourhood which South Yorkshire Police was being undermined by my actions ' ... your conduct is having a detrimental effect, of a persistent or continuing nature on the quality of life of those in the locality ... ' This page marks the most recent stage in my continuing campaign to document the grotesque, wide-ranging actions of these and other organizations - not just to document them but to oppose them by very varied methods.
The main subjects / people to be discussed and criticized on this page include
South Yorkshire Police: a Police Constable and two Sergeants, an individual in the force's Professional Standards Department called 'Lauren,' who hasn't replied to requests to give her full name.

Sheffield Council Allotment Office: an Allotment Officer, Jane Bullimore
Tapton School, Sheffield: only a former Headteacher, David Bowes, and a former teacher at the school, Andrew Conheeney
Sheffield University, its inaction during the Student Encampment of 2024, but mainly the failure to take action when informed about some very serious safety issues.

This page gives the case against, or some of the case against, disadvantages for me personally. Other pages of the site supplement the material here. The site already contains a large amount of material on the issues but this page will give updates, in particular, information about some disturbing (and bizarre) police actions during the first three months of 2025.
This page is intended to be 'Appreciation-Criticism.' I don't take the view in the least that South Yorkshire Police is unfit for purpose, a blundering organization with no redeeming features. I take the view that South Yorkshire Police in general, in so much of its work - most of its work - further the wellbeing of law-abiding South Yorkshire people and their activities. To fail, and fail badly in some respects isn't to fail, and fail badly, in all.
Similarly, I respect and admire the work of the Sheffield Council Allotment Office, but not all its work.
I have no criticisms to make of Tapton School at all, but I do have very strong criticisms to make of one of its former Headteachers, David Bowes.
The record of Sheffield University is mixed but I take the view that the strengths are much greater than the weaknesses.
